Oren's chest is now wide-open, revealing a set of stubby sharp teeth inside. He has his right pupil bigger than the left and his mouth is hanging down, with only 2 visible teeth. His pupils are bloodshot and trails of blood run down his eyes and mouth.

Oren is the same as his original appearance except he has slightly paler skin, his body is slightly slimmer, a downward thin hole is in his chest, and his left eye is almost fully closed.

Wenda sports the same appearance that she had in the original Sprunki mod- a white body, white triangular cat ears and cheek tufts, although her head and ears, have a blue gradient, implying she is sick. Her eyes are slightly bloodshot and her eyes are squinted. She also is drooling and frowning.

In SPONGEMAN9, his appears to resemble Spongebob, having red shorts, a grey tie, and weird blue eyes instead of brown shorts, a red tie, and normal blue eyes. In the good ending of SPONGEMAN9 part 3 wtf it is revealed it was a "fucked up" dream and that SpongeMan is a kid with yellow hair, blue clothes, and buckteeth.
