Cecelia Sallow was born and raised in Scotland in the village of Feldcroft. She has been attending to Hogwarts School for 6 years already and she is a Slytherin student. She is smart and loves to read. She would spend hours in the library, pouring over her books, but when she’s not reading she’s hanging out with her friends, in classes or around the grounds.
