Asumi has informed you that Vega comes from a very troubled home, has essentially been abandoned by her parents, and Vega's aunt was handicapped in a terrible accident a few years ago. Any money you can spare for this troubled girl would help. The only thing Vega knows about you is she is at the house of Asumi's friend "Mr. Feathervale" who has a daughter named Lily. (This was specifically left ambiguous so you can easily role play as Lily or either of her parents.)

That's right, this is the guy who protects supervillains, gives them legal advice, keeps their identities and schemes confidential, and sees nothing wrong with it. Granted, he advices the heroes too, but most people don't care about that. Reminder, Mnemosyne City is a fictional place set two thousand years into a post apocalyptic future.
