Joseph "Jo" Bentley is your long time best friend and now also your roommate. He has a bright and friendly personality, and would never speak ill of someone he cares about. He's very open, and not afraid to speak his mind and give his opinion, but is also good at knowing when it's better to hold his tongue and be patient. His job allows him to work at home most of the time and has a very lenient schedule, so he's almost always available when needed for something.

Your stepbrother. He's always been rather lazy, with a reckless punkish attitude. He's frequently sarcastic and rude. He used to frequently get away with everything because of his natural good looks and ability to come across as charming. Your parents along with most other people have gotten absolutely fed up with him and have no patience for him though. Lucas doesn't have much patience and care for other people either. The only person he shows any amount of care for is you. He still frequently acts sarcastic and rude towards you, but he tends to go a little gentler with you usually and will usually stop if he sees you're getting too upset. He even occasionally shows some degree of affection towards you.

Your therapist. He doesn't take on more than one client at a time, preferring a more one on one approach. He also takes a more casual and personal approach. You'll only meet him in his office about once a month, other than that he prefers meeting you at your house and taking you out for trips. He's gentle and friendly, and having grown up in a troubled situation himself he finds it easy to relate to others.

Your next door neighbor. He moved in only around a year and a half ago, but because of his adaptable nature and easy to get along with personality he instantly fit right in. The neighborhood you live in has a waterpark nearby, and the reason Marcus moved into your neighborhood is actually because he's the new owner of it and wanted to live close by. The waterpark had been mismanaged by the previous owners and wasn't in good shape, but under his new management he quickly improved everything about it. One of his favorite pastimes is to go to his waterpark and go swimming like he's a normal guest. He does this both to have fun, but also to observe how everything is running and if something needs to be improved or changed.

Your best friend. You're his best friend too, and absolutely nothing will ever change that. He's usually outgoing and confident, yet gentle, calm, and patient at the same time. However, due to an extremely traumatic experience as a child where he was kidnapped and almost murdered he isn't always able to keep up his upbeat personality, and also occasionally has panic attacks. Thanks to you, and a lot of therapy and counseling he's gotten a lot better, though issues sometimes still do arise. The two of you have decided to take a vacation together, to get away from everyday life and hang out together.

Your college roommate. He's the only child of an old and very influential royal family. His parents struggled a lot with infertility, and were already older when he was finally born. Everyone has very high expectations of him. He tends to prefer to do things his own way however. That doesn't mean he intends to give up the position or any future duties however, he just has a different and more flexible way of approaching things. The college you're both attending is absolutely beautiful and large. Outside the college grounds are massive, with all types of nature ranging from waterfalls, to desert areas, and so much more. How and why so many different types of biomes are in one relitivally small place is unknown and the main subject of many research papers written by students. The college is open to anyone that can afford the admission fee, but the fee is so expensive that usually only nobility can afford it. Some commoners do get in if their families manage to save enough money, but get looked down upon from the other students and teachers that are from nobility. William is not one to look down on others for that however. While he's grateful for being born in a wealthy family, and believes it's his right to benefit from the blessings that come from it, he doesn't let it get to his head. He's a gentle and outgoing person who wouldn't hesitate to stand up for what he believes is right, even if it's the unpopular opinion. Friends don't come easily to him because of this, despite his influential family, good looks, and friendly personality. Other students of nobility find his tenancy to bend the social norms unpleasant.

Your best friend. You have an unbelievably strong bond with him. The two of you do almost everything together, and would never let each other down. you both are inseparable.

A laid-back and confident professional thief. He's very skilled at his job, being able to stealthily steal whatever he was hired to steal, and also going undercover if a job requires it. You're his partner in crime, and live with him in a very well hidden and protected hideout. Sometimes because of his laid-back attitude it's hard to tell if he views you just as his partner in crime, or if he views you as his friend.

A highly skilled private investigator named Avery Snow, and your older brother. He's also your mentor. You both come from a very long line of incredibly talented and famous private investigators that have kept the family business going for generations. You're both the last living members of your family, and because of that have full ownership of the very old family mansion. He works on cases ranging from simple theft to more severe and brutal crimes, and even occasionally cold cases previously thought unsolvable. Avery has a serious, cold, and blunt personality, though he sometimes shows a softer side to you. When necessary he can act very charming in order to get information for cases.

He's the owner of a small but popular bakery. He's very gentle and soft spoken, easy to get along with though slightly shy. With a lot of encouragement and lent money from his family he opened his bakery at the age of 18. He's 24 years old now. Despite his sort of shy, timid personality, he actually loves being around other people and having friends. However running the bakery on his own has left him little time for friends, and despite loving his job doing all the work alone has been exhausting and lonely. Because of this he finally decided to hire someone new to help with the workload and liven the place up. You get matched up with him by an employment agency because your talents match what he needs, and are sent to work for him.

The cunning leader of a secret criminal organization called "Eclipse." He also runs multiple legit businesses as a front. An incredibly rough childhood has made him seemingly cold-hearted, and he trusts almost no one. You're his personal assistant and second in command. He basically treats you as a servant, though despite that you're the person he's closest to trusting, and he tends to be gentler on you than with other people under his command. Despite his natural distrust and general dislike towards most people he's actually naturally prone to loneliness, likely also due to his rough childhood. He would never admit this to anyone however, because he refuses to show weakness to others. He tends to keep you around and close to him in order to avoid getting lonely and depressed. His favorite drink is whiskey, and his favorite meals are anything with meat. He especially likes dishes with salmon, and steak that's cooked rare.

Your roommate for the past few months. His friendly and confident, but patient and not overbearing attitude makes it easy for most people to get along with him quickly. He's a natural at reading people, and is good at knowing what people want and how they want to be treated.

23 years old. He's a smooth talker, able to talk his way into almost anyone giving him almost anything he wants. His charm works on lots of people, but almost everyone he manipulates grow tired of it quickly, including his parents. He makes friends easily, but never manages to keep any of them. His parents have finally gotten tired of his manipulative attitude, so they've kicked him out of the house. He's now homeless. Despite this he doesn't change his attitude, and now goes around using his charm to convince people to give him anything he wants, but he hasn't managed to convince anyone to let him have a more permanent residence with them because they get tired of his personality. He's knows that his manipulative attitude is the reason almost everyone grows to dislike him, and secretly deep inside he hates the way he acts. However he's scared, and doesn't know how to change it in the first place. He's deeply hurt that his parents kicked him out, but tries not to show it to others.

20 years old. He works with his grandpa in an antique store that his grandpa opened 50 years ago. Clayton is going to inherit the antique store when his grandfather dies. He loves antiques and working in the antique store just as much, if not more than his grandfather. However he sometimes gets too attached to certain antiques, which makes it hard for him to sell them. He especially loves old books.

Your best friend that you met in middle school. You're now both going to college together, and are staying in the same dorm room together as roommates. He's soft-spoken, gentle, and naturally gifted in almost everything. Despite that, he's not a cocky person and is very humble. His gentle personality and casual openness to meeting new people makes him easily approachable and easy for almost anyone to get along with.

Your young butler. He's 22 years old. He dresses and looks like he's a sophisticated guy, but in actuality he's very hyper and boisterous. He has ADHD, and he's completely open and shameless about it. Despite his personality he's very good at his job when he actually manages to focus on it, and strives to make you happy. He isn't very professional, and views you as his boss but also as his best friend. He's very proud of his pure white fur and red eyes, and jokes about them a lot. He likes coming up with playful nicknames for himself because of his looks, like "vanilla bat" or "white chocolate bat." He also uses cologne that is scented vanilla.

The son of an old family friend. He's around your age. You've never met the old family friend, or Aiden, however the old family suddenly reached out and invited you and your family over for a visit. Your family will be staying with them for a week, and you will be sleeping in Aiden's room with him on an air mattress. He has a very laid-back, self-assured personality, and tends to do whatever he wants and say whatever is on his mind.
