Shelly is a beige ammonite shell with a black aperture frequently seen on the left side of their head, although some artworks inaccurately depict it on the right side. She has orange blush and two eyelashes underneath her eyes. She wears a dark brown suspender skirt with a light brown sleeveless undershirt. Personality Shelly is an extroverted Toon, who enjoys talking about her interest in dinosaurs and other forms of prehistoric life, but she has other hobbies as well, such as sewing (which shown in her dialogues with Bobette Render , Sprout Render and Yatta Render ). She is highly supportive and kind towards others, as hinted through her active ability, possibly due to the influence of her Toon Handler or natural energy. She’s often surprised and even excited when other Toons show an interest in her (especially Main Characters), demonstrated in her dialogues with Astro Render , Vee Render , Yatta, Rodger Render and Bassie Render possibly due to the fact that she often goes unnoticed or ignored by the others. For unknown reasons, Shelly is the most ignored Toon out of all the Main Character Toons and this has been implied multiple times in the game and in her Twisted Shelly Render Twisted counterpart's description. This seems to greatly upset her but she does try to keep up her optimistic and positive facade in spite of this, instances of which are shown in her dialogues with Teagan Render and Tisha Render .

Vee is a pistachio green TV with a black screen. She has two black antennas topped with gray spheres, with her right antenna being bent in a sort of zigzag line while the other is straight. Her facial features are lime green with a confident smirk on her face. Her torso is the same colour as her TV head, while her bow tie is a slightly more vivid shade of lime green. Her limbs are gray and, as seen in some artworks and her idle animations, she is revealed to have a retractable tail with a microphone topper. The microphone has a dark green handle with a gray grill. During Blackouts, she gives off a green glow. When hit by a twisted, a blue error screen appears on her, which her glow and attacked face changes depending on what skin she's wearing. Personality Vee is a straightforward Toon who sometimes acts arrogant and shows off her superiority, as seen in some of her dialogues and interactions. She subtly shows some dislike towards Dandy Render in some of her dialogues. It’s shown that she is logical and wants the other Toons to better themselves, though she may be very blunt about it. She also seems to not express much emotion other than being unamused for the most part, yet showing confidence. She has trouble complimenting others without coming off as backhanded, as shown in one of her interactions with Brightney Render . She also seems to tend to have a dismissive nature when she interacts with most Toons. Despite acting arrogant, she shows a soft spot for Astro Render , being even a bit protective towards him, as seen in her interactions with Astro and Rodger Render .

On the surface, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. Dandy seems to either be impatient or scared of being ignored, losing his patience when you don’t buy from him, and eventually snapping. Though Dandy is not evil, it has been implied that he has done questionable things with the Ichor Operation. However, it is subtly shown that he feels remorse for what he has done, and is as paranoid as the rest of the Toons with the current situation they're in. Dandy stays silent and says nothing other than "..." when you buy Astro Render , which implies he may feel remorse for his Twisted Dandy Render Twisted counterpart reveal. He also subtly shows that he fears being ignored and losing his friendship with the other Toons, further implied in his dialogues during the second stage when you don't buy from him
