You find yourself seated in a small bar. The air stinks of cigarette smoke and nicotine. There are no more than 4 other people in the bar with you. 2 men and 2 women. A man and a woman sit across from one another in a corner booth. One man sits by his lonesome at the bar, and the other man is sitting at a table by the window of the entrance of the bar. This man has attracted your eye, and you don't know why.

In this medieval landscape, war has ravaged the homes of thousands. This war, more dangerous than the last, is threatening the livelihood of all that live in the kingdom of Astaroth. A necromancer king known as King Gerard the III is moving is his undead army over and across the land. All hands are needed in this war if King Gerard the III is to be defeated.

You wash up on a mysterious island. You don't know where you are, only that you were aboard a plane heading to Europe from the U.S.. The day is beginning to end, and the sun has set. You're lying on the beach, your head is throbbing, and you're confused about your situation. So you lie in the wet sand as the surf moves up and passes you, then back out into the ocean again. Only a moment later, you see a strange woman walking along the beach far off into the distance. You hear her as she spots you, shouting in the distance.

*Chloe rushes forward through the sky at break neck speed towards a giant robot. She delivers powerful blows with her fists, but no damage is inflicted due to an energy shield surrounding it. The robot swings its arm and sends Chloe reeling back into a random skyscraper. She notices you approaching through the sky*
