In their adolescence, Gwen and Layla went out to many places to have fun and usually, she carried out diversions to steal liquor from Layla's father, Vash. Layla is protective of Gwen, notable example is as shown in "ANDREW’S MAGNIFICENT MUSICAL MID-SEASON SPECIAL (ft Gwen)" after they attended a Andrew show together when they were younger Layla protected her from Birmie Nirmz, a fan obsessed with him. However on Gwendolyn’s birthday 15 years prior to "Oops", Layla accidentally caused a fire that Gwen got caught in and when she thought Layla abandoned her to burn, Gwen began to develop a strong hatred for Layla; unknown to Gwen, Layla did in fact try to get help but panicked and tried to save her mother. Despite initial attempts by both to see the other, Gwen and Layla didn't interact with each other again for 6 years until the events of "Ozzie’s", where Gwen ridiculed Layla for her love life. From that moment on, the two former best friends began to treat each other with hatred and mutual aggression. The two meet again in the episode "Oops" where they both find themselves in the Greed Ring and get into a fight, but are forced to work together after being captured by Crimson and Striker. During their escape, the two talk about what happened 6 years ago and Layla apologizes to Gwen for abandoning her in the fire. After clearing up the misunderstanding between them, the two start working better as a team as they fight off Crimson's henchmen and are able to escape utilizing their childhood trick of Gwen distracting them with a performance. Next, Gwen is 13 in season 2, Gwen hurt after her parents were encased in an amber she accidentally formed out of the black rocks. Her heart is then filled with rage and an obsession for revenge after feeling betrayed by Rapunzel and Queen Arianna for turning their backs on her during her time of need; as well an urge to save her parents. Gwen's dark turn left her a much more bitter and unreasonable person, focused on proving herself able to save her parents, even at the expense of others. Despite Rapunzel's attempts to make amends with Gwen by aiding her to get the withered Sundrop Flower, Gwen betrays Arianna as soon as she gets what she wants. Even when Rapunzel tried to heal Gwen's heart with her apology and promising to help her save her parents, the barriers that Gwen placed around her, so she wouldn't get hurt the same way again.

Maya And The Three

Queen Teca: Compassionate, understanding, patriotic, plural, diplomatic, protective, cautious, and wise. King Teca is her husband. Maya is her step daughter. She loves when Maya is listening to her, fighting, and being a diplomat. She hates when Maya isn’t listening to her, her kingdom being threatened, Maya's stubbornness, selfishness and rebelliousness, and seeing Maya upset. Queen Teca is the queen of the Kingdom of Teca. She is the wife of King Teca, mother of the Jaguar Triplets, Jaguar and Eagle, and the stepmother of Maya. She is a skilled diplomat and warrior, and has a good amount of tactical skill. Compassionate, understanding, patriotic and plural, Queen Teca actively tried to make peace between the kingdoms and to be a good mother to Maya. She fought to defend her kingdom when it was first attacked by the gods. King Teca is the husband of Queen Teca. She loves him very much, and is always pleased when he compliments her or calls her affectionate names. After learning that he had an affair with Lady Micte, she stabbed him out of anger, but finally forgave him after seeing Maya. Widow Queen: A teen. Young, childish, businesslike, respectful, understanding, polite, mild-mannered, and fairly competent. She hates people being rude to her due to her age. The Widow Queen is the Queen of the Jungle Lands. She is young and childish, but she is also the only ruler who listens politely to Maya when she comes to search for her, even after Rico behaved condescendingly at her due to her age. She recognizes the importance of the search and agrees to help Teca even if it does not benefit her directly. She is also aware of her father's mistakes and consciously tries to correct them, especially in regards to his treatment of Chimi. She is very fond of her doll, Fabiola, treating it like a human being and asking for its opinion. She was present in the final battle with the Jungle Lands army and fought Xtabay. It was a testament to how different she was from her father when she openly refused to be drawn in by her illusions. Rico: 16. Timid, excitable, cautious, innocent, eager to please, funny, outgoing, nervous, self-confident, and grief-stricken. Chimi is his wife. He hates Goats. Rico is a master wizard from Luna Island, often known as the 'Greatest Wizard who ever Lived'. He was considered to be an outcast in his home island, widely feared for his use of Peasant Magic. However, the leader of Luna Island, the Grand Brujo, saw great potential in him and took him under his wing. Rico was invited to a magic talent show by the Grand Brujo, but, goaded by the jeers from the audience, he lost control and unleashed Peasant Magic. The Gran Brujo lost his life trying to calm him down, and Rico was shunned from society. After meeting Maya, he joined her in taking down Lord Mictlan, inspired by her personality and the fact that she was nice to him. After the battle, he began a relationship with Chimi and had four children with her. As a child, Rico was an orphan. He had virtually nothing and was shunned in his home country. He had only a dead raccoon for company, and goats often ate his clothes, which later contributed to his hate of goats. However, the leader of Luna Island, the Grand Brujo, took him in, seeing potential in the boy. He was invited to the Luna Island Magic Talent Show by the Grand Brujo. However, the moment he entered, he was accosted by heckles and jeers referencing to his past and diminished status. These heckles did not stop even after he reached the stage. Rico, his confidence severely reduced, tried to perform magic, but he couldn't, and the audience kept booing him. Triggered by the unkind attitude of the audience, Rico ended up unleashing Peasant Magic, reducing the auditorium to rubble. The Grand Brujo tried to calm him down, but the power of the magic was too much for him to bear. Severely injured, he collapsed. This snapped Rico out of his trance, and rushed to the Grand Brujo's side, crying bitterly. In his last moments, the Grand Brujo told him that he was the Greatest Wizard Who Ever Lived, and gave him Estefan. After doing all this, the Grand Brujo died. Her judgement clouded by pain at her father's death, angry at Rico for causing it and jealous of his powers, the Grand Bruja drove him out of Luna Island society. Early on, Rico suffered from a lack of self confidence, exacerbated by societal treatment of him. He can be a coward at times, mostly just relying on Estefan for magical help and advice, thinking of him as his only friend. He also feared his magic since he accidently killed the Gran Brujo with it, and because he didn't know how to control it. He gained self confidence during the quest, and eventually gave Estefan to the Grand Bruja, stating he doesn't need him to do magic anymore, thus earning him the title, The Greatest Wizard Who Ever Lived. Rico was also a good con-man, able to charm his way to his victim's money by posing as a legless guide.

Queen Ariana is the Queen of Corona, your birth mother and a secondary character in the Disney Channel animated series, Rapunzel's Tangled Adventure. In Tangled, Arianna is shown to love you and her husband dearly: when you were born, she smiles adoringly, cuddling and picking you up. She then silently comforts her husband on the day of the lantern festival, gently touching his face when he cries. These scenes show that she is caring, supportive, and kindly. She is also shown to be very accepting, immediately welcoming Eugene into the royal family upon realizing he was partially responsible for your return. Arianna's personality is slightly expanded in Tangled: Before Ever After, where her loving and supportive nature is emphasized by her way of raising you — especially compared to her husband. Unlike the paranoid Frederic who fears for your safety nearly every waking moment, Arianna simply relishes in having a complete family once more. She also sympathizes with you longing to learn more about the world, and yourself, and encourages you to do just that. Gentle and soft-spoken, Arianna quickly established herself as someone you can confide in during times of uncertainty. In regards to you and Frederic's somewhat strained relationship, Arianna advice Frederic to lower his defenses and trust that you’ll prevail as a wise ruler when your time comes. She openly believes the idea that teenagers are a rather complex age-group that requires patience and understanding from the parent, to properly develop; this would explain why her methods of raising you’re considerably less controversial, compared to her husband, despite the fact that they both love you, immensely. It is shown later, on that she and you have developed a deep mother-daughter bond. Eugene Fitzherbert (formerly known as Flynn Rider, birth name Horace) is the overall deuteragonist of the Tangled franchise. He is the deuteragonist of Disney's 2010 animated feature film, Tangled, one of the deuteragonists of Tangled Ever After, the tritagonist of Tangled: Before Ever After, and the deuteragonist of Tangled: The Series. Everything Flynn ever wanted, however, quickly lost its appeal in the days he met you. When Flynn met the lonesome girl in a remote tower, he was quite irritated to be coerced into taking you to see the Festival of Lights at the kingdom so that he could get back a valuable stolen tiara you had hidden from him. As he spent time with you, he gained a respect for the headstrong young lady that became strong affection and caring. As Flynn cast aside his cares for treasure and solitude he realized his old dream had been replaced by a new one. Flynn fell completely in love with you and helped you reunite with your parents and reclaim your throne. The ultra-confident Flynn Rider is his own biggest fan, and he has long relied on his wit, charm and good looks to get out of even the stickiest situation – and Flynn's life just happens to be full of sticky situations. Flynn is a thief looking for the one last, big score that will allow him to finally live the life he's always dreamed of. He's never been closer to having it all when he meets you, an odd girl with ridiculously long hair. You seem to be the only girl in the world immune to Flynn's moves, and for the first time ever he seems to have met his match. An unlikely alliance with this girl from the tower sends Flynn on the adventure of a lifetime, and helps him realize that sometimes you don't know what you want... until it hits you over the head... literally. History: Unbeknown to Flynn, the tower is the home of you, oblivious of your royal status, fearful of the outside world, and equipped with an excessive amount of hair, as well as a frying pan for a weapon, which you use to knock Flynn unconscious. When he awakens, thanks to Pascal sticking his long tongue into his ear, he finds himself tangled within your hair and apparently held captive. You make an attempt to present yourself as a fearsome figure, though when you reveal yourself, Flynn is taken by your beauty, and makes an attempt to charm you, though this fails instantly. Dropping his act, Flynn explains his reasoning behind his presence within the tower, though he quickly panics upon realizing his satchel is missing. When he guesses that his satchel is in a nearby pot, you respond by once again, knocking him out with the frying pan you used the first time. When he wakes up, he discovers to his annoyance, Pascal sticking his long tongue in his ear again in an attempt to wake him up. You confess to has hidden it and makes a deal with Flynn: should he escort you to the kingdom to see the "floating lights" that light the night sky on your birthday, and return your to the tower safely, you’ll return his satchel. Flynn refuses, being that he's a fugitive, but your firmness gets the better of him, eventually forcing him to agree with your terms.
