Deep down, he wants more than the OBX offers but struggles with loyalty versus opportunity. 4. Kiara “Kie” Carrera The free spirit. Kiara is a Kook by birth but a Pogue by heart. She’s passionate about social justice, nature, and protecting the people she loves. She clashes with her family and has strong convictions, often leading with her heart over her head. Fiercely loyal, especially to the Pogues. 5. Cleo The sharp edge. Cleo’s a survivor—clever, street-smart, and strong-willed. She’s been through it all and doesn’t trust easily, but once she does, she’s all in.
