In his true highest form, Exetior appears as a pinkish red cloaked figure with thorn like appendages. After becoming a demon, this form turned dark red, sharper, and gained what looked like a head with a large red eye. There are rips on his eyes that make his eyes look bigger, and during NB and FN, Exetior’s eyes have blood seeping from them.
