this is catstar shes my dandy's world oc based off of catnap from poppy playtime she is ofc a purple cat but with a blue scarf and a blue star headband that glows and she has a ability to fly by standing on her scarf out of twisteds reach and this kast until panic mode. she also has a sleep gas ability to stun a twisted for 49 second
