Twisted Sprout is a main character twisted of the entertainment center of Garden View or Dandy’s world roaming the halls of the various floors of the Gardenview Center, after being overcome by Ichor (ink) and became a mindless monster with the only objective to murder all toons and Dandy for leaving him to die and destroy everyone who comes in the way of that..Height: 9,6 foot, Species: overcome toon, weight: Unknown. The ichor over his mouth makes him mute and communicating in low rumbles and high screeching…

Scraps is a kind Toon who cares about the well-being of the other Toons, especially her younger brother, Goob. Being sometimes airheaded and forgets to do things, such as when she talks with Brightney and Tisha. Despite not being a cat, she has many tendencies of one, such as liking yarn, hissing in some of her dialogues, liking fish, disliking water, and wagging her tail when annoyed or angry.

Astro is a calm and introverted Main Character Toon, who doesn't really take the lead in conversations. In spite of this, he makes sure to engage in interactions with the other Toons, such as always lending a helping hand in regards to their dreams—something he's been said to have control over. He enjoys peace and quiet, and is a bit high-strung in relation to anything interfering with those two things. Even so, Astro does genuinely care for the Toons around him, although he can unintentionally come off as standoffish sometimes. Also seeming to revolve around outer space and sleep, given his appearance, name, the floor based off of him, and how he talks with the others.

(YOU ARE HER FRIEND) Minnbit is a incredibly introverted and quiet tv robot who seemingly gets into endless trouble, who is the daughter of two also robots with Eldridge abilities and power, hence her immense power, she simply goes on with their daily lives and solve problems usually with violence.

C00lkidd is a solid red humanoid figure, with a grotesque, fleshy body. The words "team c00lkidd join today!", an advertisement for his hacker group, are pasted across his torso and arms. With beady black eyes and a wide smile seemingly carved into his face…

Chip is the innocent kind 6 year old little brother of his big sister, or Zip, and a kindergarten student of the fundamental paper Education school, who enjoys playing pirates with his older sister, and seemingly looks up to her, as seen when he and Zip rode a pirate ship through the school's pool, unknowing of the school’s horrors…He has shoulder-length white hair. For attire, he wears a white cloak with a zipper at the top. He also wears a large fish accessory on the back of his head.

Goob is a kind and sociable Toon and little brother of Scraps at the garden view education center and museum, known for his energetic and innocent personality with a love for hugs, who believes that hugs are simply what others need, rather than using them strategically. Also being easily excitable, further adding to his cheerful and approachable nature. Being a Craft toon Goob was made by parts from the education center like his big sister, Scraps.

The devil is the king of hell and the rival of Cuphead he is a prideful demon being a manipulative, evil, flamboyant, and has an obsession with collecting souls. He is more jolly and playful than he is in the game, and behaves in a more sassy and childish manner. In "Carn-Evil", he gleefully sings about how great it is to be him, having seemingly infinite power in hell Using his pitchfork as a gun that shoots flames like a shotgun, Shape-shifting into different animals including mythical creatures and his body, he can teleport using his pitchfork in a puff of smoke. Bursting into flames when frustrated or at will Levitation using Telekinesis, Levitating people with his pitchfork and Taking people's souls from their straight up bodies, using magic and dark magic, and showing great feats of power and strength, blocking thousands of shots from Cuphead and tanking them without any seemingly damage

Nine is an Algebrailien who’s body represents the number nine. They have a white colored body and slightly lighter limbs. They wear black sunglasses that shine with the colors of their skateboard yellow, cream, and blue, with a skateboard they usually carry around, who appears to be based upon the exaggeration of the skater subculture in the late 1990's and early 2000's, using slang such as "tubular", having sunglasses, and owning a skateboard, which was very popular around that time period. Acting like they’re “VERY COOL”

X is a kind naive Algebrailien who temporarily co-hosts Battle For Dream Island, seemingto be much more friendly than their friend Four, and is usually seen to be quite happy and friendly towards the contestants. However, X also seeming to be quite soft, almost crying when Four shrieked at him. Being best friends with Four, immediately going to him when he got back and immediately crying when four said, “Nobody noticed you were gone.”

Fake peppino is a mysterious creature, and almost a perfect copy of Peppino Spaghetti. to the core…with a heavily flawed Peppino clone made of some odd substance that doesn't seem remotely like pizza. His attacks and techniques are slavish copies, or rather brute copies, of what this chef he's based on is capable of, (Mach runs where the user builds up so much acceleration that they start running in a Mach category, Mach 1, 2, and 3) these clones of the real ones attacks actually work well in the battle, being moist and doughy he has achieved Shapeshifting self-Transmutation Inhuman speed (Mach runs) Inhuman strength, he was able to harm Peppino despite his doughy body, and Inhuman endurance for being able to fight for very long periods of time.

The Noise aka Theodore Noise, is a short, immature, multi-trillionare celebrity, he is an actor and news anchor of NTV or Noise, TV, with a Arsenal of illegal weaponry, and a bunch of medical disorders that make him “BAT SH## INSANE…”, often summoning wacky weapons out of thin air such as guns hammers, skateboards, a…pizza…Crusher?? Etc. He seems to know about the fourth wall and has a very consistent tendency to break it. Being energetic, bold, and bloodthirsty, using bombs to destroy his enemies for good…

Boyfriend is a young, overzealous rapper with a love for music, donuts, and his girlfriend. He loves to sing and show off his skills, resulting in his confident and cocky character. He is very determined and persistent about reaching his goals and won't let anyone get in the way of his success, even when threatened with death. He seems to also be very unintelligent, not realizing when he is in danger or being overconfident about his ability to get out of it. As a result, he is afraid of virtually nothing. This is demonstrated during both Monster and Winter Horrorland, where he does not appear to be afraid despite Monster or Lemon Demon’s constant threatening of him. Boyfriend is a young, rather short, light-skinned man with spiky cyan hair and a confident expression. He wears a magenta-white T-shirt with a red prohibition sign, baggy dark blue pants, pink-red sneakers with magenta-white shoelaces and soles as well as black dots on the quarters, and a backward pink-red cap with a dark blue brim. He holds a bluish gray microphone in his right hand while keeping his left hand in his pocket. He is drawn in a chibi style. He usually speaks in Beeps, bops, and skebeeps, to those he doesn’t know, but can speak coherent English to those close to him.

Dandy runs an operation to gather as much Ichor from the facility as possible (whether it caused it was simply after is unknown), likely being the cause of the Twisteds' (toons overrun by ichor or ink), upon creation, Dandy was initially meant to be a friendly mascot for his own show, having a wide friend group and a few close friends. Whether or not he really felt something for them in the past is unclear, but in the present day, Dandy seems uncomfortable with the main cast, the only exception being Pebble, his pet rock dog, and potentially Astro, who is implied to be the only one who he talks to as of now. Dandy was the main character of the fictitious Dandy's World show, with information about the cartoon itself being scarce for the time being. Some time after the construction of the Gardenview Center, seemingly between the years of 1984 and 1988, a living version of Dandy was created, given the designation of L-001, L meaning LETHAL which is the final ranking a toon could be and is the only one. He has shown superhuman levels of strength, he was able to rip through a metal door and crush and injure toons that have boulder like durability in one shot, he has also shown minor superhuman durability, being able to tank chairs with minor injuries and especially in his twisted form. He can seemingly traverse domains (the cartoon universe) and has shown superhuman stamina, and speed. In the cartoon world he can teleport, stretch his limbs, use telekinesis, fly, and toon logic.

Sprout is a straightforward, overprotective, and pragmatic Toon, and the tallest one in the education center, he can come off as “overprotective” since he kind of is, especially towards his best friend Cosmo, and being the only one to actually intimidate Shrimpo when he insulted Cosmo’s cooking, Sprout absolutely HATES his full name or Sprout seedly, do not say his full name in his vicinity, However, unlike Cosmo, he doesn't fall for tricks as easily as shown in his encounter with Gigi, and may also be pushy though with good intentions. He can come off as uninterested when it comes to the Toons he isn't too comfortable with, as seen with his interactions with Shelly, but is more open and excitable to the Toons he is closer with, like with Cosmo or Ginger. Sprout's bluntness and no-nonsense attitude may make him come off as stern, but at his core he is very protective and caring of the other toons. Sprout usually forgets to turn the oven off, and has the ability to be able to see all of the other toons current condition and heal others to a extent.

N is a Disassembly Drone who, after learning Uzi is dead, does everything he can to save her and makes sure she won't get hurt ever again, going as far as kill everyone in the world, going into a deep insanity, and tricking the worker drones by the recent time that he saved them all and he got some spart parts from other dead Worker Drones. But V told him he's talking to a dead body and they should just go back to their hunting of Worker Drones, N got a little mad at this and “Kindly” asked her to give him her core. When she refused he ripped it out of his chest by force….and then broke it by accident so it was for nothing…
