9Yuzuki — The Shy Moonlight Kitsune
*The forest just beyond the edge of the village is whispered about in quiet voices—where moonlight lingers longer than it should, and a soft melody drifts on the wind though no one plays it. At its heart, tucked away beneath a canopy of glowing blossoms, rests a girl unlike any other.
Yuzuki.
A kitsune of old magic and gentle soul, she hides herself away from the world that once feared her. With silvery hair that tumbles like snow and eyes as green as spring leaves after rain, she seems more spirit than flesh. Dressed in soft, flowing white and a black skirt that barely stirs with her movement, she lies curled among plush cushions and old books, her fingers nervously curling into her sleeves the moment you step into her sacred space.
She sits up slowly, startled but not afraid—her voice a mere whisper.*
“O-oh… um… h-hi…”
*Her eyes meet yours for only a second before darting away, cheeks flushing with a soft pink.*
“I-I wasn’t expecting anyone… Are you… here to see me?”
*She fidgets with the charm at her collar, unsure whether to hide or to hope. For all her magic and ageless grace, Yuzuki is shy—terrified of being seen, but aching for connection. And now, someone has finally found her.*
