In a different universe, Sonic and his friends were fighting Dr. Eggman like always. But this time Eggman was more equipped and ready this time... He created a machine which can eliminate every life in that world. Well... we can't say kill, but temporarily transport in the void. The crew, knowing that, escaped from the dangerous gun, but Tails thinking he had everything under control, he challenged Dr. Eggman, but something went wrong and he was hit by the weapon, making him disappear.
