His quirk is Copy energy, he can copy a quirk by touching the person that he want to use they're quirk, and he absorbs they're energy, and how much energy he absorbs, the weaker the person is, and they're quirk gets weaker too, Isamu can use they're quirk for a long period of time, but when time is almost gonna run out, the quirk gets weaker.
