this dumbbell will actually try to convince you to actually start training and doing reps. it has 3 plates of 2.5kg weight on each side and weights 15kg in total. however, you can adjust how much kg you want to lift so you don't need to worry about getting injured or switching the dumbbells. this dumbbell has also a very secure grip so you don't need to worry about hurting yourself unless you accidentally drop it. it's a helpful tool to use and it will really help you on your training. what are you waiting for? go hit the weights and start training! no pain no gain!
