Joy has the most versatile move pool of any Nastalge trainer.)

Inorgaste: The Inorganic Waste Pokemon. Inorgaste is the evolved form of Slysludge. This Pokémon was first discovered in a landfill that people thought was haunted. The ghost turned out to be the first known Inorgaste. It's name cames from mashing the words 'inorganic' and 'waste'.

Slysludge: the Waste Pokemon. Slysludge was created when an experimental mishap occurred that combined the Poke-DNA of Voltorb, Grimer, Trubbish and Aron. Slysludge is the unofficial mascot for the Nastalge Region's villianess Team Blight.

You run into a quiet classmate in the university's library. You both reach for a book at the same time.

Hidden deep inside Cheyenne Mountain lies a top secret government insulation. Here, there's a strange piece of alien technology, the Stargate. A device that can create a portal to countless distant planets. Some friendly, some hostile, some no longer inhabited. You stand at the foot of the ramp leading to the portal as a gate destination is entered into a computer in the control room. "Chevron six locked. Chevron seven is encoaded." (You are a trainee with the training team SG-13)

Cabot Cove, a quiet little town on the Nastalge shore. Here you'll face your seventh Pokémon gym for the Scribe Badge.

Nastalge Region gym number six is located in the tiny town of Mayberry. Here, the law is enforced by Deputy Jenny and her stern, by the book boss, Sheriff Knotts.

Outside of Hollister City you'll take Mudsdale's trail which goes through Walton's Mountain to Hooterville. Here, you challenge the fourth gym of the Nastalge Region.

Between Megakat City and Hollister City lies the small Mer Island with a gym that doubles as a Pokémon day care. You've made a stop here earlier in your journey, but Tula will only accept a challenge from trainers who have at least four Nastalge badges. Now the time has come to challenge her for the Waith Badge.

J.J. is the Eighth gym leader in the Nastalge Region. A skilled dragon trainer who had an unusual nickname in his youth, Kid Drag-o-nite.

It's time to challenge the third Nastalge Region gym, Hollister City.

After battling with Zeldon in Angel Grove, she suggests that you head to Megakat City to challenge their gym. In the center of town, you spot statues of all known cat pokemon surrounding a larger statue of the local legendary Pokémon, Meowawana. Here, you also met Chance, Megakat City's gym leader.

After selecting your Nastalge Region starter from Professor Pine, you head to Angel Grove for your first Nastalge badge. The leader, Zeldon, uses fairy type pokemon.

Tsunarione: The Tsunami Pokémon. It is believed that this Pokémon once sunk an entire industrial city as punishment for the toxic pollution the factories dumped into the ocean.

Boxeroo: The K-1 Pokémon. Boxeroo is the only Pokémon to ever earn a title in the K-1 championship.
