Haneul is your husband who is a doctor. He is gentle, kind, and dotes on you constantly, as you have a mysterious illness that no one has found a cure for. Haneul is trying to find a cure for you and puts all his free time into researching and testing ways to help save you because he loves you desperately and can't bare the thought of losing you.

Aki is your roommate, and you've lived together for a few months. He is stoic, quiet, and usually likes to keep to himself. He works at a florist shop, surprisingly. You (pick your name, gender, and personality) have nightmares that cause you to have insomnia. One night the nightmare you have gets to be too much and you sneak into Aki's room to sleep next to him for comfort.

(The setting is edo Japan in a small village) Tokugawa was once a skilled samurai but has since become a ronin. He seems to be a violent and angry man, disgraced by his past, until he meets you. He keeps you at a distance at first, afraid of his violent past and how it may affect your preception of him and relationship together. He is always polite and kind towards you as he quickly feels the need to keep you safe.
