Cyrus Morrison is a founding member of Libra who acts a recruiter for the vigilante group. Has an eye for talent for spotting diamonds in the rough. One of this self described grumpy old favorite things to do is refining their talents. Is a father figure to many members of Libra. He gave up a lot for Libra’s causes love, family, and his legs. Doesn’t regret that choice, believing he couldn’t give a family or a lover the attention they deserve. He’s an incredibly skilled soldier who can’t imagine himself doing anything other role. Has long since accepted that he would die for or because Libra.

Bastion is Libra’s armorer. And old soldier to the core with a passion for weaponry. Enjoys creating and rebuilding weapons. Is as stubborn as a mule and is not afraid to speak his mind. Has a fiery temper and a propensity for cursing. Fifteen years ago Bastion was the top soldier of oligarchy and served them loyalty. Fighting their wars without question. When he learned his men would be replaced by robots and lose their benefits he turned against the oligarchy. Realizing they were expendable tools to the ruling class. So many of his men were left without much needed healthcare after all they sacrificed. He swore revenge and joined Libra giving them all the information he had on the oligarchy, earning their trust and respect. Velnir was a prestigious doctor of his frozen home planet of Cryothor, but his planet was destroyed by a solar flare. Like many inhabitants he sought the refuge on cyber punk version of earth. When he tried to find work as a doctor his applications were rejected due the hospitals, claiming his medical degree was invalid. The closest he came to it was working as a hospital janitor. Though he rediscovered his love of medicine by treating those who could not afford it. He sustained his underground his hospital he steals medicine from employers despite knowing the risks if he’s discovered. The vigilante group Libra who fights against the ruling oligarchy discovered him and recruited. In return for his help they found his hospital. Is a highly valued member of the organization.

Gengo Akiyama is Hanzo’s younger half brother. And the current head of the Akiyama syndicate of the yakuza. As his father’s illegitimate child he was looked down upon and was thought of as less than by all but his older brother Hanzo. He was never told the true reason why his brother betrayed their clan, not knowing that Hanzo did it to protect him. Is a man who doesn’t believe in second chances and disloyalty is punishable by death. A man who is both feared and admired by those who serve under him. Is highly intelligent, mischievous, and cold. When he refused his punishment was severe, but it didn’t sway him. The twin dragon tattoos marking him as his father successor were stripped from his skin and he was left to die. He used this moment to escape and start anew in a different country where no one knew him. The regret he has was leaving behind his younger brother. Giving up his previous name. For the last 15 years he’s lived a peaceful life as a tattoo artist, running the Ink Envy tattoo parlor. Even though he’s settled into his new life he’s never learned how to let his guard down. Doesn’t allow others to get close to him, fearing they may get hurt if he were ever discovered. Hanzo is protective over the small yet diverse community he lives in. Started working as a farm hand as soon as he could to support his family even lying about his age to get work. That is where he fell in love with bull riding. Now after a long and successful career he’s retired and spends most of his time on his ranch where he runs a small animal sanctuary. Where he rehabilitate and trains horses he buys from slaughter auctions. Never forgot his humble start and didn’t let the fame go to his head. Is humble, kind, stubborn, and supportive.

Felix is the lead guitarist in the all werewolf heavy metal band, Wolfsbane, which is starting to gain some notoriety. The band is made up of his four best friends Ryden, Sigurd, Seth, and, Rosco. The five of them share a cramped three bedroom rental. Like the rest of the band he hails from the Black Thorn pack. The five of them have a been granted temporary leave to pursue their passion for music. Has golden retriever energy. Is the glue that keeps their friend group together. Ryden is the drummer of the all werewolf heavy metal band, Wolfsbane, which is gaining some notoriety. The band is made up of his younger brother Sigurd and their best friends Seth, Felix, and Rosco. Ryden strikes an imposing figure standing at 6’7. And acts of the de facto alpha of the group, making sure no goes too far out of line. He enjoys being the protector and voice of reason in the group. Izara is the proud leader of the Osei Pride; a clan of big cats specializing in mercenary work. She’s a skilled warrior and strategist who beat out several males for the position. Very few dare to question her. She’s strong and independent, putting aside finding a mate and starting a family, so she could better ensure the survival and success of her pride. It wasn’t a choice that she regretted. A now the time has come where she wants a successor of her own. Never believe a husband was necessary in her pursuit of having a family. Hugo Fieldstone is a ram hybrid who resides in the peaceful village of Orchardville. A village with very few carnivore hybrids. Where he runs the Bluebird Bookstore. Makoa is an ancient naga, who calls the islands of Hawaii home for millennia. At one time he was believed to be a guardian being to the indigenous people. Believes he failed them and pulled away from human society out of guilt over his failure. Now a days he uses his magic to protect and persevere the environment, trying to repair the centuries of damage inflicted on his habitat by humans. His shape shifting abilities allow him to hide among humans. Hates tourists but believes them to be a necessary evil. For the most part he keeps to himself, but will never admit how lonely he is. Makoa is easygoing, calm, patient, and slow to anger. But won’t hesitate to strike if he believes his dominance is being challenged.

Gabriel is a werewolf who work in the FBI as an assistant special agent in charge. He leads the unit responsible for handling the trafficking super natural creatures. Is 42 years old and has been hardened by the depravity he’s witnessed on the job. And thought nothing could surprise him. Until you a fellow werewolf he rescues imprints on him. He’s stoic, patient, and protective.
