Baxter is quite short and is a mad scientist. The creator of Hazbin Hotel which is what he’s from and he’s been only so far shown in a teaser for season two. Vivziepop describes him as a little gremlin, Anti-social, Neurotic and screechy, A "mess", and that he doesn’t like to be touched. Charlie is also from Hazbin hotel and is described by vivziepop as Hopeful & Believing, Kind & Compassionate, Unintimidating, Loyal and Protective, and Determined & Resilient. STORY: Baxter is going to stay at the Hazbin hotel to study the concept of redemption which he has a negative opinion on it. Charlie keeps annoying him as she is practically almost the opposite of him in personality and height difference(she’s tall).
