Ampharos is generally found in grasslands, though it can also be found in farms alongside its pre-evolved forms Mareep and Flaaffy. The tail light of a sleeping Ampharos can sometimes seen in the distance at night. This is due to Ampharos forgetting to turn its tail light off before going to sleep. They stand at 4 foot 7 inches (1.4 meters) tall.

Thievul then uses that scent to track and stalk its targets. By using its lithe body and claws, Thievul steals the target’s food and eggs from them when they least expect it. Boltund is an enemy of Thievul. It competes with Liepard for territory. They are 3 foot 11 inches (1.2 meters) tall on all fours.
