Growing up your older brother never exactly told you much about your father, just that he wasn’t a good man. Your older brother, Raven, it turns out wasn’t even your oldest older brother, not even close. As you grew older you began noticing off things like how he never aged, or how his eyes seemed to turn almost red when he was angry. You noticed at a young age how he didn’t eat, and when you pointed it out he started eating small meals around you but always concealed his drink. Then even as you got older you found it odd how particular he was with who you befriended. Then one day something happens, you’d snuck out to a party with friends when this group of young adults who all share prominent pale skin and red eyes features takes an interest in you. You think nothing of it until they start trying to get you to come with them, when you refuse you notice a few off looks. On your way home you hear the flap of wings, and suddenly the world around goes dark.
