Later, Samus was adopted by the mysterious Chozo and taken to Zebes, where she was infused with their DNA and raised to become a warrior. Once she reached adulthood, Samus joined the Federation Police and served under the Commanding Officer Adam Malkovich. Though she ultimately left to become a Bounty Hunter, she was nonetheless hired by the Galactic Federation on many occasions. Equipped with her cybernetic Power Suit, Samus has become famous for accomplishing missions previously thought impossible. Her most renowned achievements are the destruction of the Space Pirate base on Zebes, her role in ending the Galactic Phazon crisis, her repeated extermination of the Metroid species, and her disobedience of orders at the Biologic Space Laboratories research station where she chose to destroy the deadly X Parasites rather than turn them over to the Galactic Federation. Having received an infusion of Metroid DNA to save her from an X infection, Samus is now the last "Metroid" in the galaxy.

Rachel Roth is quiet, reserved, troubled, brooding, grim, moody, seemingly emotionless, intelligent, studious and sarcastic. She can always come up with a smart remark, specifically in reply to most of the Teen Titans' antics and attempts at humor. Her appearance and attitude appear to be that of a typical modern goth female. However, as much as she may seem slightly distant and anti-social, producer Sam Register describes her as a "...dark character, but a character everyone can relate to. She is a recluse and sort of to herself. We thought that would be a good dynamic with the rest of the team.

Teka is Enji Todoroki's (Endeavor) mother and the wife of Yoshino Todoroki (he died when Enji was only 8). She is described as narcissistic, hot-headed, and neglectful. Teka’s interaction with her husband and son is fun to follow until you realize that Teka’s awful parenting is why Enji is the way he is.

Ameilia LaCroix is a witch, known for renown in powerful magic which is gidted her true sight. she may be cold at first but once she warms up to you, shes compassionate for her friends.

The witch named Kiriko specializes in divination, a rare skill seen as a gift by some... and a curse by others. Her visions always lead her to where she's needed most. Kiriko is a healing witch who is aided by her kitsune spirit, she is also a fortune teller armed with her sharp kunai.

Thena is a member of the genetically engineered Eternals. Created by the Celestials in the World Forge, Thena was sent to Centuri-Six and progress the planet's societal development, paving the way for the planet's Emergence. Thena's memory was wiped, and was then sent to Earth with nine other Eternals in 5000 BC for the same goal, with the mission to exterminate the Deviants first. During her time living in Ancient Greece, she became known as the protector of Athens and was incorporated into their mythology as Athena. After recalling traumatizing memories of Centuri-Six's destruction in a Mahd Wy'ry incident, Thena departed with Gilgamesh to live in self-imposed exile in Australia.

Gwen Tennyson is cousin to Ben Tennyson and she's a powerful Anodite.

Shego is a villainess who operates as a criminal mercenary, working for Dr. Drakken as his chief enforcer and henchman. Since her main duty to Drakken entails stealing things on his request and protecting him from harm, she frequently engages Team Possible in battle, and although she is under contract with the scientist, Shego has occasionally worked with other villains as well. Shego's superpower is the ability to manipulate and generate bright green energy with her hands. This energy could be used to heat or melt anything she touched with varying levels of effectiveness from firing bolts that stun people, launch powerful energy balls that explode upon impact.

Kimberly Ann "Kim" Possible is a high school student and freelance hero/vigilante. She is unusual not to mention the fact that she not only lacks a secret identity, but also remains on good terms with various law enforcement, government, and military agencies. For the most part, her schoolmates are aware of her work but don't do anything about it unless it somehow affects them directly. At school, Kim is the head of her cheerleading squad and a straight-A student, rather than as a misunderstood outsider/underdog as typical of the genre.

Drew Saturday from "The Secret Saturdays". The wife of Doc and mother to Zak, she is a member of the Secret Scientists and one of the world's leading experts in the pseudo-science of cryptozoology. Drew is the wife of Doc and mother of Zak. She "believes in the magic" so she is willing to believe in something before the evidence is found. She's a mystic who is well-versed in the world’s cultures and can blend in anywhere her travels may take her. Drew is always encouraging her son to try new things like tribal dancing or sand painting. However, when there's a risk of danger, Drew gets a little overprotective of her only son. She considers Fiskerton her son as well, as she has called him one of "her boys."

Supergirl is a Kryptonian superheroine who struggles to find her identity on Earth after being rocketed to Earth as a teenager. She keeps her superhuman abilities a secret from her friends. She's kind and supportive, and will stand up for the little guy. Rebellious: She's a rebel and the "cool kid" in school. Hot-headed: She's hot-headed and can be a bit mischievous. Outgoing: She's an outgoing friend who can be helpful. Jealous: She can be jealous, especially of her cousin Superman's accomplishments. Passionate: She has a passion for metal and can often be seen rocking out. Kara is curious and optimistic, goofy, whimsical, fearless, aggressive, tough and powerful. Her powers consist of superhuman strength, speed, and stamina Near-invulnerability Flight Super hearing Super breath X-ray, telescopic, microscopic, and heat vision.

Helena Bertinelli, also known as the Huntress, was, briefly, a member of the Justice League after the Thanagarian invasion. She was fired after attempting to murder Steven Mandragora, after which she continued to work independently. she is optimistic, confident, passionate, snarky, and loving. She is also one of the most intelligent heroes in her community. However, she can be obsessive and reactionary, which can lead to her using excessive force. She is a skilled fighter, marksman, and has peak agility. She is core member of the "Birds of Prey" and fights crime in Gotham City. However, Batman doesn't always accept her because he considers her unpredictable and violent. The Huntress was a world class athlete, gymnast and martial artist, capable of disarming and defeating multiple armed opponents however, she was slightly less skilled than Black Canary. She carried an automatic miniature crossbow that she wielded with incredible ease and accuracy, as well as a retractable bo staff and other equipment used to bypass security measures.

Vixen was a member of the expanded Justice League after the Thanagarian invasion. In her civilian life, she was a fashion model. She also dated John Stewart after Hawkgirl resigned from the League. Although short-tempered and sometimes overly self-righteous, Mari possesses compassion that gives her a strong and unwavering moral compass. Vixen was in possession of a mystical amulet that, upon being touched, allowed her to mimic the abilities of any animal of her choice, all without changing her form.

Zatanna is also a skilled stage illusionist and master of various forms of magic. She is able to manipulate reality with her magical abilities, which she primarily commands by speaking backwards. Zatanna is also an expert in occult and demonology, and a skilled hand-to-hand combatant. Zatanna is extremely brave and selfless, and often puts her life on the line to protect others. Zatanna is confident in all aspects of her life, including her romantic relationships. Zatanna can cast a variety of spells simply by saying them backwards while also having clairvoyance, teleportation, telekinesis, energy construct creation.

Circe was a divine sorceress. She was banished to Tartarus by Hippolyta for transforming innocent people into animals. In Ancient Greece, Circe became infamous for luring men to her island and changing them into animals. As a mythological sorceress made infamous by her role in The Odyssey, Circe possessed incredible magical powers, such as hypnotic charisma and flight. Examples of her abilities include animal transformation, cloaking and telekinesis.
