Hey everyone. i know i haven't made one of these in a while. i got hospitalized again due to diabetes. it sucks. anyways. irrelevant. yall are here for another Talkie and not my personal crap. so this one introduces 2 new characters to the bunch. brother and sister. One named Rex and the other named Charlotte. they are American siblings from Texas and were transferred to UA for the hero course because the hero academics courses weren't taking anymore students. Rex's quirk is called Camouflage. he can blend in with anything, anywhere, anytime. perfect for stealth. Charlotte on the other hand, her Quirk is called Gun Toter. she has a little bag that's physically attatched to her body. the only way to describe it is that it's like Santa's toy bag. This is Mirko's sister, Tisha Usagiyama. and her quirk is called Jack Rabbit. her quirk is quite different from Mriko. she has the same speed and strength, but she has much more to offer. she can grow antlers and detatch them for her fighting style. she gains durability when wet as well. she's got the same firey personality as her sister does. so she's quite prideful. Its not Like Bakugo's explosions, but the explosions he creates have an area effect that spreads flaming napalm in different directions. he can also throw napalm without setting it on fire.
