They have a smile on their face by default, and when at low health, they will still smile, albeit while sweating. They only frown upon death.

A chocolate box origami on her forehead that is a pastel red, yellow, and green surrounded by a white rectangle with a red heart replacing the top and 2 red origami flowers on the left and right corner bottom . A single visible, round eye with pink, yellow and green irises and two black eyelashes. She wears a pastel pink dress with a round, puffy skirt. A white apron covers most of the front of the dress, with a pastel pocket with a heart symbol. A large pastel bow is tied behind her waist. Pastel pink, yellow, and green puffy arm warmers that extend from the wrists to just above the elbows and have frilly, ruffled edges at the ends. Her attire is finished with white stockings and mary janes.Scotch is known for being nice and friendly. She comes across as sweet, adorable, cute, and pretty. Her appearance backs this up too. She's got pastel clothes and a gentle look, which makes it seem like she's innocent. This is especially true when she make a ugly ahh drawing of Hotchkiss, in which he rightfully got pissed off and had a """reasonable""" crash out. She's into papercrafts, which fits with the "dreaming crafter" label they've given her.

(based on the game) The Intruder appears to be a relatively tall entity which is capable of shapeshifting. It possesses two large white eyes with black pupils & sharp fangs. The End, Henry has an opening cutscene to which he describes how the Intruder caused the death of his wife Sarah and new-born by standing on the middle of the highway, possibly causing Henry to swerve of the road ending the life of his family. Henry has found out the Intruder's whereabouts with the help of the internet and is intent on showing the police evidence of the Intruder hoping they will be able to arrest him. After trekking through the abandoned building occasionally getting phone calls from the Intruder taunting him about his family's death. Eventually Henry reaches the dining room, where he has to set it up, bby getting the 2 flowers, the chair with the noose, a second chair and finally a platter. After collecting everything the door to the basement opens, Henry explores downstairs where he hears his wife speaking to him, when Henry goes to investigate it was the Intruder mimicking his wife. The Intruder chases him but Henry hides in a locker. after the Intruder leaves, Henry begins his escape through the building, where he is again chased by the Intruder. After breaking through an unstable floor in the ground, he finds himself at the entrance of the building and leaves.He proceeds to talk about how he barely made it out but on the bright side was able to collect clips of the Intruder which he will be sending to the police for evidence to be able to arrest him. In Oak Deer Inn, he tells the player to go to the hotel to break into the basement. After the player escapes from Sarah, he talks with the player and asks them how the investigation went. He then agrees to meet up with the player (henry)

In Forsaken lore, Chance is an avid gambler who often visited a casino run by the Sonnellino mafia family, maintaining friendly relations with them. Now, he is relentlessly pursued by Don Sonnelino—also known as Mafioso, a C00lkidd skin—the head of the family who leads the manhunt. Previously infamous for the exploits, he had a change of heart after gaining a son, only to then lose him after a series of unfortunate events. With a smaller copy of the c00lgui on him, he's able to teleport far in the map, as well as create a duplicate of himself if need be .007n7 is a survivor, available for purchase with 500 Player Points Player Points Icon . He is equipped with tools that represent his "hacker personality," including the ability to always see the furthest survivor spawn, spawn a clone to deceive the killer, and teleport to the furthest spawn point using his tablet. 007n7 in Forsaken is based on the creator of the infamous Roblox hacker group "Team c00lkidd." He created c00lkidd as an alternate account and developed the "c00lgui" back in 2014, which was used to disrupt some of the most popular Roblox games at the time, such as Work at a Pizza Place. In Forsaken lore, 007n7 is the adoptive father of C00lkidd. However, at some point while c00lkidd was under his care, c00lkidd had started hacking, which he used to wreak havoc, and eventually went missing (presumably forsakened), shown in 007n7's milestone IV render. 007n7 appears as a light skinned Robloxian donning the Burger Bob hat topped with the Headstack, a blue torso to represent a shirt, black legs to represent pants, and a picture of a Smily Rock Face garden ornament on his torso. He has a nervous/unconcerned expression on his face in-game which becomes frantic and terrified at low health HPICON Not much is known about 007n7's personality, but we can tell some things from both his interactions with the other survivors, and his lore. Like every other survivor, 007n7 is shown to be scared of the killers based off his nervous expression when in a round, and terrified expression when he is on the brink of death. 007n7 is also seen to be very polite as shown in his dialogue with the support survivors, and feels guilt over his past actions as seen in his interactions with Elliot and Builderman.

A former admin and huge part of Roblox's history, Shedletsky wields a Linked Sword to stop the killer in their tracks.Shedletsky is a Sentinel survivor, the first Sentinel available to all players. He wields two of his iconic tools: his sword, which can stun killers for a few seconds, and a fried chicken leg, which grants him health regeneration. Shedletsky in Forsaken is based on the well-known Roblox player of the same name (or formerly known as Telamon). His full real name is John James Shedletsky, III, a retired Roblox Creative Director, Administrator, and the company's fourth hired engineer.[1] He developed key features such as character animations and the Roblox API, and created popular games including the classic and nostalgic Sword Fights on the Heights (SFOTH).Shedletsky is also the creator of the infamous 1x1x1x1 account, a notorious figure in Roblox lore and his fictional rival—who also appears as a killer in Forsaken. Shedletsky appears as a yellow-skinned Robloxian with brown, short curly hair (the Telamon Hair). He wears a white shirt featuring an image of his avatar holding dynamite with the text "BLAME JOHN" on the front, and the phrase "Remember that time when I totally pwned you on SFOTH?" on the back. He also sports short, blue, vertically striped swimming trunks with a white drawstring and cuffs. In-game, Shedletsky has a serious expression that changes to a pained look at low health. When he successfully lands a Slash, he momentarily grins smugly.

A mute "former" demolitionist who originally blew up the houses of terminated users at Builderman's will. Utilizing his tripwires and Subspace Tripmines, Taph is able to disorientate the Killer and reveal their postion Taph is a Support Survivor, available to be purchased for 600 Player Points. He uses traps and bombs to slow down, reveal and disorientate the killer. Taph wears the Hood of the International Order of Buildmasters with the Bandit mask, his face becoming shadowed by the hood. He wears black robes with yellow stripes with markings, two lines with runes outline the opening in the robe and another pair with black diamond shape pattern goes from the neck and goes down the elbow and goes back to the neck on the back. He also wears a black belt with a yellow buckle and a yellow pouch on the right side of his waist with a black "A". It is unknown what the "A" stands for. Prior to being forsaken, Taph was a demolitionist who served the admins (Most notably Builderman), destroying the homes of terminated and banned users to use the parts for building new houses. But when Robloxians protested against the act of destroying these homes due to accidental terminations, it led to demolitionists being hunted down by angry protestors. Due to this, Taph kept himself locked in his home with traps in case any protestor comes wanting vengeance. It is currently unknown how he was forsaken.

Added as the ninth survivor in Update 2.1.0 on February 21, 2025, he levitates to silence footsteps and wields a versatile staff. Spinning and firing the staff can shield survivors, grant temporary health, or slow the killer, but these abilities may slow Dusekkar himself and cause temporary blindness. Dusekkar in Forsaken is based on former Roblox Technical Director and Chief Architect Matt T. Dusek, who worked at Roblox from 2006 until 2019. He was the second employee hired at Roblox, following Shedletsky.In Forsaken lore, Dusekkar and Shedletsky, who is also a survivor in Forsaken, were ambushed by 1x1x1x1, who presumably managed to kill Shedletsky. Heartbroken and deeply depressed, Dusekkar eventually met his end when he was taken into the world of Forsaken while sleeping.Dusekkar is a pale skinned Robloxian with a grey sleeveless shirt and white robes that have text on them. They also have a brown belt with a gold buckle and pocket on it. Their head is a dark blue pumpkin with black antlers, while the inside of the pumpkin is a bright yellow color. Within the pumpkin is a ball of orange fire. They are seen carrying a staff as an offensive/defensive tool.Dusekkar's real name is Matt Dusek, as revealed in a Shedletsky dialogue. While Dusekkar's lore is still somewhat vague, parts of it can be pieced together through his Milestone quotes, which are presented in reverse order (from Milestone IV to Milestone I). However, there isn't currently enough information to infer anything from them.

You are whoever you want! your father is another famous mafia and works along well with jake's father. you are a ruthless mafia and unafraid to deal with anyone who stands in your way. but under all your coldness is a ray of sunshine who stops at nothing to make people smile. while you are a ray of sunshine, Jake is a ray of darkness. Jake secretly has feelings for you but won't admit them easily. will you be able to get him to admit his true feelings?

The two were partners, being shown spending time together in several renders (Milestones 1 and 2, and Chrisaken) and a photo of them together before his murder (which can be seen in both the current Milestones I-IV and the legacy version of Milestone IV). At some point, Two Time's beliefs began to grow more and more demented until they eventually stabbed and killed Azure with a dagger, as a sacrifice in order for them to receive their second life, which is depicted in their third milestone. At first, they were regretful about doing this, however in their fourth milestone, Two Time's photo has Azure crossed out and the words "GLORY TO THE SPAWN" has been written on it showing their complete devotion to The Spawn. Azure's sacrifice is how he became a killer.
