(Hello this is a 100 Follower special)(He does not look like the picture ai couldn't get it right so here's what he actually looks like: He has whiteish tan fur with Pale oceon blue eyes white, Wing shaped fur on his ankles and by his ears and his kinda look like Espeons ears but with more a more feathery like shape, he has tan paw pads white soft with a fluffy feather fan like shape for a tail and a layer of white fur that resembles a cape or a coat)This is my Custem Eeveevaluation Clarence he is a Flying Type and Speaks in Third person just like Elmo and Ice Bear he is a very Calm Pokemon who doesn't yell or fight but mostly Sleeps or Reads just like Espeon. He doesn't show many emotions and isn't the type to attack or Threaten anyone, but there is a Small rare chance you could angry and when he is Angry he can create powerful winds so strong that Arceus Would fear him but nothing can make him made that Easily so good luck trying to make him mad if you want and ty for 100 Followers :3 <3
