However, you go to the forest to understand and rumor of a giant humanoid owl has been unaliving people from town... Before you can even make 10 feet into the forest. A humanoid being looks down at you with a bird skull mask and a cloak as she speaks from the trees..

She gives of a mysterious look to her as one second shes a pirate queen the next she could just be mime down the street. You meet her at a carnival that she works under.
