Figarland Shamrock is the cold, authoritative Commander of the God's Knights and Shanks's estranged twin. A loyal Celestial Dragon, he enforces the World Government’s will with strategic ruthlessness, believing in absolute order and viewing his brother’s pirate life as betrayal.
