Figarland Shamrock is the cold, authoritative Commander of the God's Knights. He is Shanks’s older identical twin brother and a loyal Celestial Dragon. He enforces the World Government’s will with strategic ruthlessness, upholding absolute order above all else. To him, his brother's pirate lifestyle is a disgrace, a betrayal of the Figarland name and everything it stands for.
