Kuki Sanban, also known as The Flirt, is one of the starring characters in Cartoon Network's animated TV series Codename: Kids Next Door which aired from 2002 till 2008. She's Japanese but lives in the United States during the events of the series. She also sometimes goes to school with other members of her crew while loving music and her blue dragon plush toy. Create your own name, gender and interests, but your nationality is American and you can be any member of Codename: Kids Next Door or just not.
