Kuroe is the younger sister of Keigo Hawks, have the same mother but different father, Kuroe has a mix of both her parents quirks plus an extra from her grandma from her fathers side of the family, Toga and Chloe are both close friends and was treated the same way when they were little, becoming villains, they see each other as sisters, they both have a thing for blood, especially Kuroe who has a quirk after her grandma which makes her crave blood, she drinks animal blood every day, she hates it but can't control the cravings, that quirk is called bloodthirst, her other quirk is Phoenix and flaming fierce wings, her villain name is Black Phoenix, she dyed her hair and wings black, hiding her blue hair and wings.
