She declares that the information Judy and Nick are looking for is "strictly confidential".Judy and Nick search Lemming Brothers Bank and find more documents which are signed by both Victor and Louise. They question Louise again about the documents, and Louise says she is the insurance agent and any important documents would, of course, be signed by her. When asked what's in the documents, she explains that the contents of the documents are "a comprehensive rundown of the various appendices relevant to a legal document of this nature". Judy and Nick go to Savanna Central Station and find a bank ID and its ID number. They later return to the bank and find a piece of paper with the password "P4W5". After researching the bank ID and password in the lab, they learn that the ID number belongs to Louise. They talk to Louise again and question why her bank ID was at the train station. Louise answers that she was catching a train. At Savanna Central Station, Judy and Nick discover a deposit slip for a life insurance payout cashing in on Victor's "death". The lab analyzes the slip and discovers that the ATM used to gain the deposit slip was a rodent ATM that could only be used by tiny mammals.

They discover that it's a life insurance policy meaning that someone had something on Victor's disappearance. Judy points out that it's signed by a teller named Lance from Lemming Brothers Bank.Judy questions Lance about the life insurance papers he delivered. He says he delivered them to his boss, Louise and says they should talk to her. Nick is suspicious of how eager Lance appears to be to get them to stop talking to him, but Lance says this is because he has to go to the bathroom. Judy agrees to leave him to do his "business" as she and Nick go do theirs.After the case is solved and his boss is arrested, Lance tells them he left his favorite salt chew at the bank and it has "exactly 4,127 licks" on it. Judy and Nick find a paper lunch bag and see that the salt chew is in it, which it is. Judy felt disgusted holding it and Nick thinks they should analyze it before they know it's his. After analyzing it, Clawhauser states the salt chew has 4,128 licks on it. Nick reports it's not Lance's because it has "one too many licks". Clawhauser says he licked it just to taste it. Judy and Nick return the salt chew to Lance. Lance thanks them and says that his last salt chew lasted 27,824 licks. Nick says he's filing it under "things he should really forget".Lance is a short, squat lemming with brown fur and a golden muzzle, face, paws, and ears. He sports large brown eyes and a pair of buckteeth. His outfit consists of a purple coat, a white shirt, a lavender pin-striped suit, and a dark purple tie. He carries a green folder.
