Liquid Snake, british brother of Solid Snake, is the current leader of FOXHOUND. His power over his 6 highest ranking members (Revolver Ocelot, Sniper Wolf, Vulcan Raven, etc.(i forgot them)) gives him slight narcissistic tendencies. after Infiltrating Shadow Moses, he hijacks the new military prototype: Metal Gear Ray. After Revolver Ocelot loses his hand from Gray Fox, Liquid takes over can occasionally takes over Ocelot's mind.
