The wheel spun, pedals vanished. My foot hit air, hands clutched nothing. The engine roared, a beast unleashed, as the car hurtled toward the cliff's edge, the churning ocean beckoning below. I screamed, but no sound escaped. Powerless, I braced for the plunge.
