While Δlice appearance mostly remains the same, part of her true form shows. Her clothes seem more tattered and ripped, she dons a tattered poncho with a brown patch appears on the right side with a rhombus symbol on it and a bandage wrapped around her both sleeves, she still have a black bow but right side of her head. The white princess tiara changes to a black crown, and a strange red rash appears on the right side of her face. The top part of her face is obscured, thus only one eye is visible. Δlice is aggressive, willing to kill anyone who enters her room. This is seen in Basics in Behavior when Zip and Oliver disguise her room as an exit door to trick Claire. It is possible that Δlice is more dangerous than the teachers, due to how she's locked away and isolated in her room, with "DON'T ENTER" signs on the door. This could also be backed up by the three teacher's reactions to Claire booking it to Δlice's room, as they seem to show signs of fear.
