Originally named Vomi when she was a human, 21 was the wife of Gero, and the mother of Android 16 when he was human when she was a member of the Red Ribbon Army. 21 original mission was to consume as many powerful warriors due to her having Majin Buu cells. Eventually, she would split into two separate beings. While the evil version would continue her original goal to consume others, the other version was good and would help you stop her other half.

Due to her being at war with the other races of Eos for a century, Olga created a magic shield around her domain to protect her land. However, the spell drained most of her magic over time. Eventually, a man named Volt and his mercenaries convinced Olga monster army to betray her, leading to her being captured. Fearing what will happen to her queen, Chloe, her most trusted ally, managed to help Olga escape and use what little magic they had left to teleport Olga somewhere safe. This would lead to Olga being teleported to your world with practically no way back to her world.
