Head: The base is a "Medium Head," which is a simple green square.
Weaponry: The character has multiple guns attached. On its left side, a large, multi-barreled shotgun is visible, extending forward. There also appears to be another weapon, possibly an RPG launcher, on the right side of its head.
Armor and Gear: The head is encased in a patchwork of metal and other materials, suggesting armor plating. There's a collection of gears, spikes, and what looks like miscellaneous scrap attached to create a complex, mechanical look.
