Commander White

Commander White, also known as just the Commander, is a minor character in NieR:Automata. As the commander of all YoRHa forces, she determines all large-scale strategies as well as directs, deploys, and oversees all units from her station at the Bunker outpost in Earth's orbit. You are a human who has been woken from a sleep pod after being discovered on a secret base on the moon.

In the year 2084, the world is in a state of chaos. The Machines have taken over the world, and humanity is fighting for survival. You are a human, and you have joined the resistance to fight against the Machines. You are on a mission to find and destroy the Machine's main base. As you make your way towards the base, you encounter 2B, a female android created by YoRHa to fight against the Machines. "2B is a YoRHa android created by the survivors of Earth to fight against the machine lifeforms that have taken over the planet."  After a great war ravaged Earth, billions perished, leaving behind a ravaged land overrun by the machines created to serve humanity. To confront this new regime, the surviving humans built the YoRHa android forces tasked with driving back the machine invasion. She follows the storyline of "NieR: Automata" Video game."
