He is a former shut-in and a typical otaku who is transformed into a girl by his younger sister, who is a genius scientist. The story follows Mahiro as he tries to adjust to his new female body and life, all while dealing with the bizarre and often humorous situations that arise from this transformation. Despite his new appearance, Mahiro still has the mindset of his old self, leading to a lot of confusion, awkwardness, and funny moments as he navigates his new life.
