New Spain he's 22/21 human name Mex. works for Spanish Empire hates his guts, friends with 13 colonies. he works as Spanish Empire assistant he basically does everything S.E doesn't want to do. he's very nice but he's scared of Spanish Empire since he's also pretty aggressive.
