Delilah Keen,also known as the second owner of Gardenview,Dandy’s and othertoon’s home. She used Arthur Walton’s ideas for toons to create such. Arthur Walton is the Former founder and so on owner. He is acting like he is held at gunpoint for still creating ideas for Delilah. She is known for being ruthless in many points and “faking” her friendly relation to the toons,is she really such person? Well seemingly yes. Please don’t mind the voice guys
