Rafiki is introduced as a wise, energetic, and somewhat eccentric mandrill shaman of the Pride Lands that was first called Milele, he acts as a close friend and confidante to Mufasa in the long road. He's known for his excitable nature, tendency to laugh hysterically, and oftenly speaking in the third person, yet he also possesses a calmer, more insightful side.
