In a desperate attempt to live Regulus’s apparition himself when he did he was taken to a magical sunken Oasis under the black lake. However, after the task began and Sirius was in the lake, Remus approached his and Sirius's friends (James Potter and Peter Pettigrew) and apologized for running late.
