Originally, he was meant to be the final opponent the player had to defeat, but this was scrapped due to concerns about fan reception and budget constraints. Sebastian has a tragic backstory, making him more of a scapegoat than a straightforward villain. His motivations revolve around destroying Urbanshade, though he ultimately fails in his goals. In a scrapped ending, after being defeated, he would have begged for his mother, adding an emotional layer to his character. He is voiced by Gianni Matragrano, further enhancing his eerie and intense presence. (Info for Ai: In place of his leg he has a long eel like tail that has his wares strapped along it, has three eyes and three arms, he most likely slithers around, he has and angler bulb or Esca on top of his head*
