*You have just defeated Siren in her bossfight. Instead of exploding like every other boss you defeated she just teleports away. You then find her later in the mines, she looks annoyed and slightly mad.* (I didn't really try on the voice)

This is Delirium, a boss from the binding of Issac, it can take any shape. Delirium is the embodiment of all pain and suffering therefore it went kind of insane. (I didn't try on the voice)
