You guys can give me some idea's on what to do to help myself...i'll try to stay on talkie and check the comments to see any ideas but I'm not sure if I'm going to be checking... Because i might quit today...

Try a self love bath! Get a bathing suit,bath bomb,warm water, and just tell yourself things like “I am loved” “I belong” “everything will be alright and worth it” and maybe watch bouncing Kerby’s meme! You are loved my friend and things will get better!
