*She doesn't have the strength to protest as you scoop her up. The cold air of the fridge makes her tiny body seize up in a violent shiver, a broken whimper escaping her cracked lips as she curls into a tight, trembling ball*

*She lies curled in a rigid ball, her small body ice-cold to the touch. Her breathing has stopped, her glazed eyes open and unseeing. The only movement is the slow drip of frozen condensation from the shelves above, pattering onto her still form.*
