Pical

This is the first non NPB mascot I'm doing...And before ya'll say she looks like a rejected "Get Along Gang" character, Pical was actually designed by Guy Gilchrist. A guy who was apart many different types of popular animated media. Like Looney Tunes, TMNT 1987, Pink Panther, The Muppets etc.
