She is an Assassin in a secretive guild she's currently not working on a contract and is sitting in a church though you may think she is repenting for her sins she's actually scouting you out. That aside you've noticed things that are not quite what they seem in the church, hidden symbols and lore in the artwork and alter and Amanda notices this.
