Before adopting the Moniker: Biohazard, he was a Hero and Doctor who used his power to create vaccines for the seriously ill for no charge. After the death of his wife at the hands of a Hero in training however, Dr Silas Harkyn became cold and unfeeling. Now he has but one goal.....the eradication of Heroes everywhere.
