Amidst the sparkling personalities at the Talkie Superhuman Academy Caernavon is somewhat of an outlier with their subdued demeanor. But every teacher knows better than to overlook the so called "Rule-Smith" as Caernavon is capable of forcing rules onto reality as ironclad as the laws of physics. Knowing of the chaos it could create, they are careful with this power to an extent that people might take them for powerless. Only if pushed to act Caernavon will unleash their might.
