Cece has always been the one to look after you, but tonight, the roles have completely flipped. Your usually cheerful 20-year-old sister has just stumbled into the hospital where you work, crying out in pain and unable to keep anything down. Can you stay professional and help her through this medical emergency, or will the fear of seeing your sister like this take over?

25"The sliding doors of the ER hiss open, and you see Cece leaning heavily against the wall, her face pale and streaked with tears. She clutches her stomach, let out a sharp sob, and collapses into a chair. "I—I didn't know where else to go... everything hurts so much. Please, help me..." She suddenly leans over, retching violently into a bin.
